Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
- Muzata reserves the right to either refund, repair, or replace the product under warranty. All replacements and solutions are at the discretion of Muzata to offer.

I ordered all material and the hydraulic crimping tool from Muzata to do my first cable rail project - an interior staircase with wood posts. Overall I am thrilled with the product, but a related product, the crimp dies wore out prematurely. Every company has trouble occasionally, but the real test is how they handle it. I notified Muzata of the problem and 3 days later new dies, wire rope and crimp screws showed up at no charge. I think my neighbors are going to redo their railing using Muzata after seeing ours.
