- Content Rules: 100% original and clearly feature Muzata products. Entries must comply with all contest rules.

- By entering, you grant Muzata a license to use your submitted content for marketing purposes for the full term of copyright.

1. The Sponsor
This 4th Muzata Photo & Video Contest is hosted by Muzata.

2. Submission Period
Entries will be accepted from 12:00 PM on July 10, 2026, to 11:59 PM on October 18, 2026 (Pacific Standard Time).

3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

4. Entry Requirements
- Be the entrant’s 100% original creation created for this Contest. AI-generated images are strictly prohibited.
- Clearly and prominently feature Muzata products.
- For video entries: have a total runtime of more than 15 seconds. Multiple clips are accepted.
- Must not infringe upon any third party’s privacy, publicity, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
- For any individuals featured in the entry, the entrant must have obtained their explicit written consent to be photographed/filmed and for the content to be used in this Contest.

5. Participant Warranties
By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided is true and accurate.
- You are the sole owner of all rights to the entry.
- The entry complies with all criteria in Section 4.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Muzata harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these warranties.
- Your entry aligns with the theme and requirements of the selected category.

6. Judging & Prizes
All eligible entries will be judged by Muzata staff based on criteria including, but not limited to:
- Clarity and appeal in showcasing Muzata products.
- Overall visual and aesthetic quality.
- Creativity and originality.
- Any applicable taxes will not be covered by Muzata.

7. License Grant
A royalty-free, exclusive, worldwide license for the full term of the copyright is hereby granted to Muzata, its affiliates, and its agencies upon submission of your entry. This license permits the use, reproduction, modification, adaptation, publication, and display of your work for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes in any and all media. You will receive attribution but no additional compensation.

8. Winner Validation
The list of winners will be published from October 18, 2026 to October 31, 2026. Any claims of plagiarism, falsification, or other rule violations against a winning entry must be submitted in writing to the Sponsor within this period.
