Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 90 calendar days of receipt of the product,except for samples and customized products. In doing so, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, upon receipt and inspection of the product. Shipping charges are not refundable, and all shipping charges are at the customer's expense.
Here are some reasons that may limit a product return:
- All merchandise must be in its original condition and original packaging and must be in a resellable condition. A good rule of thumb to determine resellable condition is to ask yourself if you would pick the returned item off a store shelf. If you wouldn't, it's probably not in resellable condition.
- Customized products are non-returnable.
- Product purchased as part of a kit or package deal unless all components of the kit are returned.
For Non-quality issue returns, you need to be responsible for additional 10%-25% re-stocking fee.
All products are warranted for 1 year. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions. Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty. Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
Muzata reserves the right to either refund, repair, or replace the product under warranty. All replacements and solutions are at the discretion of Muzata to offer.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
