Return and Exchange Policy

You can return the order within 90 days if you don't like it. All you have to afford is the freight for sending back.

Please return all items. Any items that have undergone size adjustments, damage, or other changes after delivery will not be accepted for return.

All products are warranted for 6 months. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty.
Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.

Muzata seemed hard pressed to keep stock supplies ahead of customer demand. I had to change my preferred railing type to get enough materials to complete my project. Insuring compatibility between the different types and their respective accessories was also a challenge, but I will say that Muzak did a great job reviewing my order and giving me the opportunity to change part numbers to be compatible prior to shipping.

The only hiccup we had was the cable tensioner tool broke neat the end of the install but that was easy to replace. The cable railing system is beautiful to look at and very safe.
