Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
Muzata reserves the right to either refund, repair, or replace the product under warranty. All replacements and solutions are at the discretion of Muzata to offer.

Muzata seemed hard pressed to keep stock supplies ahead of customer demand. I had to change my preferred railing type to get enough materials to complete my project. Insuring compatibility between the different types and their respective accessories was also a challenge, but I will say that Muzak did a great job reviewing my order and giving me the opportunity to change part numbers to be compatible prior to shipping.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my deck project. The order was easy to plan for and all the pieces arrived on-time as promised. The only hiccup we had was the cable tensioner tool broke neat the end of the install but that was easy to replace. The cable railing system is beautiful to look at and very safe.
