Excellent product it was a good project went a little over my budget because when we designed it we did not get all the components so we had to pay about $1400 more to finish the project so it was not planned well on your end hopefully on my next project please do not make the same mistakes because it cost money I have three more houses that I will be sending you the details thanks

Design serivice is not free. Pricing is 30% higher comared to purchasing from Muzata.Amazon site. Disingenuios pricing. Packaging of parts was poor. One rail was damaged reguiring replacement. Small parts packed in rail and post boxes were thin plastic bags. About a third of the small parts bags broke in the packing box. Small parts floating in the box. Cannot confirm missing small parts until I complete install.

Excellent railing company
This is possibly one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. They helped me with the design at no charge, checked back with me several times to make sure things looked good and sent me exactly what I needed. I was nervous about doing a DIY railing as I've never done that before, but they gave me instructions, videos, etc. to make it go smoothly. Absolutely great people and excellent customer service. The product is top quality also.
