Excellent product it was a good project went a little over my budget because when we designed it we did not get all the components so we had to pay about $1400 more to finish the project so it was not planned well on your end hopefully on my next project please do not make the same mistakes because it cost money I have three more houses that I will be sending you the details thanks

We first went to a local hardware store. High price and not so much help. We found Muzata and came out with a better product at a lower price. We just got the shipment with in days of our order and will keep you posted after we install the railing system. But so far what we see and experienced has been top notch

My first run with cable railings. So I was hesitant despite all the YT videos I consumed. I messaged Muzata all the information they requested for a quote (pictures, measurements etc). They provided a quote with the materials I needed and locations of the parts. The few questions I had were answered and they provided instructional videos for a couple of the parts I had questioned. VERY HAPPY with the materials and the overall quality and most importantly, the customer service.
I ended up using cedar posts/rails for my cable railing.

Response was fairly quick. I do not have a final drawing yet and will not for a few weeks, when frame construction is completed, so not sure if I need to do another deposit when I have final drawings. Price was competitive
