Excellent product it was a good project went a little over my budget because when we designed it we did not get all the components so we had to pay about $1400 more to finish the project so it was not planned well on your end hopefully on my next project please do not make the same mistakes because it cost money I have three more houses that I will be sending you the details thanks

This is possibly one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. They helped me with the design at no charge, checked back with me several times to make sure things looked good and sent me exactly what I needed. I was nervous about doing a DIY railing as I've never done that before, but they gave me instructions, videos, etc. to make it go smoothly. Absolutely great people and excellent customer service. The product is top quality also.

Concerns Gone
I was hesitant using a unknown new supplier, a new product and a long distance discussion on design, supply and process. I paid a service fee for the design feature but was concerned for the final product. However in almost every case Muzata, customer services, design advice and product solved the issues and we are 75% complete on this job. The clearest approval statement I can make is that when we expand our project in the spring to a 2nd deck twice as large as our first we will purchase from Muzata without any concerns.
