Excellent product it was a good project went a little over my budget because when we designed it we did not get all the components so we had to pay about $1400 more to finish the project so it was not planned well on your end hopefully on my next project please do not make the same mistakes because it cost money I have three more houses that I will be sending you the details thanks

Hi, I have installed three of your cable railing systems and for the most part it is easy to understand and assemble. There could be some more definite instructions when getting the design back. Some things are left vague, for the installer to figure out. If I had a question, it took a day or two to get my answer back and by then, I just figured it out. Things I see that could use improving right away. The length of rails. They all come 78" (or so). When most of the design layout is around 48" or below from post to post. Why not have 48" rail sections? It would cut down on waste and make it easier to understand that the joints are meant to be only over the posts. Second, it seems that extra materials are given on some areas, but cut close on others. Third, the corner blocks should be a touch longer. If not placed exactly where they should be, the mounting screws barely catch. If they don't catch well, then when you tighten cables, it pulls the corner out. Lastly, the stair posts/corner posts. I installed one set up with a corner post for the stairs. It had to be done with the cable going through and at an angle, while the bottom post had the angel drill holes. There should be a corner post made for the stair area with the angled drill holes. Plus cutting those small piece of rail to make up what the design says, and drilling it together with tight joints around the top of the stairs, proves to be pretty difficult.
