Product Advantage

• Completely Invisible: With our patent invisible flattened tail design, you can hide the ugly swaged end inside the wood post to get a neat appearance. You also need to tension the cables to ensure sufficient tension (recommended 200 pounds) to pass the 4" sphere test to meet regulatory requirements. The customized socket wrench Muzata CT16 (included in the package) is essential for the invisible installation and keeps the cable from spinning when tightening. 
• Reusable: Most cable railing hardware for wood posts becomes irreparable after swaging with stainless steel cable. If you make a measurement mistake or need adjustments, you'll have to waste materials and start over. However, with this tensioner, you can simply replace the aluminum sleeve and reuse the tension screw without damaging the tensioner itself. This feature allows you to remeasure or rebuild the cable railing system with ease.
• One-Post Corner Solution: With a well-designed compact body, you could use two invisible lag screws at one corner post of 4"x4" to 10"x10", and they won't hit each other. This can save you one post and enhance the aesthetic appeal. Additionally, this tensioner can be used on both horizontal and angled sections without the need for angled washers.
• T316 Stainless Steel Material: The tensioner is made of 316 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and can even be used in coastal or humid environments.
• Match Your Style: Designed specifically for light-colored wood posts (such as light oak or white ash). If your posts are darker in color, we recommend choosing the Muzata CR73 with black adhesive sleeves for better visual harmony.

• This tensioner is specifically designed for wooden posts and is only compatible with wood. It features a crimp-style design that requires a hydraulic crimper (Muzata CR09) for installation.
• The Muzata CR73 tensioner has a maximum tensioning distance of 20 feet. For spans exceeding 20 feet, you can choose to increase the number of CR73 tensioners, adjust the post layout, or use hardware with higher tensioning capacity. Shipping Information

• Shipping is free for orders within the Continental US now.
• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order immediately. A tracking number will be sent to your email afterward. Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple packages and arrive gradually.

Return and Exchange Policy

• We will replace goods if they are defective or damaged for our mistake.
• You can return the order within 90 days if you don't like it. All you have to afford is the freight for sending back.
• For returns, please submit a request on the page we provide, and wait for a confirmation email before sending the items back. Do not return the items without confirmation.
• Please return all items. Any items that have undergone size adjustments, damage, or other changes after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Warranty Service

• All products are warranted for 1 year. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
• Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty. 
• Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
• Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.
