• Match Your Style: For light-colored post systems, if your post system is black, we recommend purchasing the CR70 in black for a better visual experience.

Note

• This stainless steel protective sleeve is only suitable for the angled sections of wooden posts or wooden posts with PVC sleeves, with an angle range of 25 to 35 degrees.
• It is recommended to first thread the CR70 onto the steel cable, and once the cable is tightened, then press the CR70 into the hole in the post. This installation sequence is easier than pressing the CR70 into the hole first and then threading the cable through.

• Shipping is free for orders within the Continental US now.
• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order immediately. A tracking number will be sent to your email afterward. Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple packages and arrive gradually.

Return and Exchange Policy

• We will replace goods if they are defective or damaged for our mistake.
• You can return the order within 90 days if you don't like it. All you have to afford is the freight for sending back.
• For returns, please submit a request on the page we provide, and wait for a confirmation email before sending the items back. Do not return the items without confirmation.
• Please return all items. Any items that have undergone size adjustments, damage, or other changes after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Warranty Service

• All products are warranted for 1 year. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
• Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty. 
• Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
• Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.
