• Product Overview - The Muzata CR25 1/4" ID T316 stainless steel 25, 30 and 35 degree angle beveled washers feature a design for 1/8" and 3/16" threaded stud cable railing fittings. Intended to act as a filler between stud fittings and metal posts on staircases, these washers install easily and offer a clean, neat finish. Made from marine grade material, they provide durability for indoor, outdoor and coastal applications. Not compatible with lag screw fittings
• IMPORTANT to know before purchases - Angle beveled washer CR25 is ONLY compatible with 1/8" cable railing thread studs (Muzata CR23 CR24 CR39 CR40) and 3/16" cable railing kit CR45. Please note that ONLY thread studs require angled washers while the lag screw doesn’t. 
• For 25-35 degree stairs - This T316 stainless steel angled washer is specially designed to act as a filler between the cable railing kit and the end post on 25 30 35 degrees staircase. The inner diameter of CR25 is 1/4", which is suitable for 1/8" 5/32" 3/16" cable railing kit with an outside diameter of less than 1/4". 
• Easy Installation and marine grade - This angle beveled washer is perfect for DIY a clean and neat cable railing project. It is easy to install, especially for beginners. This angled washer is made of T316 marine-grade stainless steel, which has excellent durability and strong resistance to rust and corrosion, and extreme weather

Shipping Information

• Shipping is free for orders within the Continental US now.
• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order immediately. A tracking number will be sent to your email afterward. Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple packages and arrive gradually.
• Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days, with a typical delivery time of 4-7 days (sometimes 7-10 days or longer, depending on the distance between your shipping address and our warehouse).
• There is a small chance that some items in your order may be confirmed as out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.
• Sometimes, due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances (such as peak seasons, national holidays, strikes, or other events), you may experience delivery delays.

Return and Exchange Policy

• We will replace goods if they are defective or damaged for our mistake.
• You can return the order within 90 days if you don't like it. All you have to afford is the freight for sending back.
• For returns, please submit a request on the page we provide, and wait for a confirmation email before sending the items back. Do not return the items without confirmation.
• Please return all items. Any items that have undergone size adjustments, damage, or other changes after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Warranty Service

• All products are warranted for 1 year. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
• Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty. 
• Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
• Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.
