Shipping Information
- Shipping is free for orders within the Continental US now.
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order immediately. A tracking number will be sent to your email afterward. Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple packages and arrive gradually.
- Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days, with a typical delivery time of 4-7 days (sometimes 7-10 days or longer, depending on the distance between your shipping address and our warehouse).
- There is a small chance that some items in your order may be confirmed as out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.
- Sometimes, due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances (such as peak seasons, national holidays, strikes, or other events), you may experience delivery delays.
Return and Exchange Policy
- We will replace goods if they are defective or damaged for our mistake.
- You can return the order within 90 days if you don't like it. All you have to afford is the freight for sending back.

Warranty Service
- All products are warranted for 6 months. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
- Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty.
- Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
- Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.

Excellent product it was a good project went a little over my budget because when we designed it we did not get all the components so we had to pay about $1400 more to finish the project so it was not planned well on your end hopefully on my next project please do not make the same mistakes because it cost money I have three more houses that I will be sending you the details thanks

My first run with cable railings. So I was hesitant despite all the YT videos I consumed. I messaged Muzata all the information they requested for a quote (pictures, measurements etc). They provided a quote with the materials I needed and locations of the parts. The few questions I had were answered and they provided instructional videos for a couple of the parts I had questioned. Response was fairly quick. I do not have a final drawing yet and will not for a few weeks, when frame construction is completed, so not sure if I need to do another deposit when I have final drawings. Price was competitive
