Cable Railing System

My first attempt at cable railing and I have to admit the results are outstanding. The finished cable project not only significantly improved the optics inside and out but it also must have added value to our home. The project involved replacing glass panels on the upper deck and wooden spindles on the lower deck. In all, I ran around 1,100 ft of cable. It’s a project this “not very handy” 72 year old tackled with wonderful end results.

The customer service rep called me back at night when the company was on a break for a week. She was so helpful and I needed that as I really wasn't sure of the items I needed. I told her what I was doing and then she sent an email to tell me exactly the items I needed to order. Everything went great!!

The quality of the black aluminum post is outstanding. I live on a waterfront salt water canal so aluminum was recommended (I used Mazato’s design service). Although the hours are odd I’ve been impressed with the customer service too. Time will tell how everything holds up in my environment but so far I’m very pleased with everything from stem to stern.

Purchased the 3" Cable Railing System for my dock. Installation was great - product was great quality and easy to work with. I did have to call customer service on an issue and they were great at responding and taking care of everything. It is an incredible do it yourself project as everyone will think a professional has installed it since it looks so good. Highly recommend this product and company!

Communication was a little hard at first but we worked through it they always got back with me there hours are from @ 9:00 pm EST to @ 6:00 am EST. One item was damaged and they are replacing it now 1 part missing from shipping also replacing it. Over all a good company that tries to stand behind there products.
