For spans exceeding 20 feet, you can choose to increase the number of CB40 tensioners, adjust the post layout, or use hardware with higher tensioning capacity. - All products are warranted for 6 months. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
- Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty.
- Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
- Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.

The concept is great—it's easy to do and very attractive: 5 Stars.
The swages don't always hold the cable and once they're crimped, they are not reusable, unlike the female-threaded counterpart. If the cable is cut too long or too short or the crimp isn't strong enough you must throw it away. This aspect of the cable rail has a steep learning curve even if you follow directions. I give it 2 stars.
If Muzata included 11 crimping swage pieces for every 10 pack of end connectors, installation would go smoothly w/o interruption. I do believe the company honestly tries to provide the best product and experience they can. I give Muzata itself 5 stars for price and product quality.

Installation Experience Review
Installing my new railing system was a bit challenging, mainly due to the anxiety of drilling into a brand new paver stoop. After several hours of trial and error, I finally figured out how to do it correctly. However, the instructions were lacking in some critical areas.
Key Issues:
Missing Drill Bit Information: The instructions did not mention that an M5 self-tapping drill bit is necessary to secure the metal screws to the top rails and posts. I had to figure this out on my own! This oversight cost me an additional $30, as I had to purchase a set from a nearby store.
Top Rail Angle Cutting: The need to cut the top rail at an angle was also not mentioned, nor how to determine that angle. The metal composition was tough, and it almost ruined my Diablo miter blade while cutting. It is definitely harder than the softer aluminum used by Trex.
Finishing Touches: I was disappointed with the angle where the top handrail meets the stair rail; it did not have a finished edge. Despite my efforts, I could only make it look decent, not perfect. Muzata should consider providing a solution for a more professional finish at this joint.
Touch-Up Paint: There seems to be no touch-up paint available for fixing scratches that may occur during installation. I have a few minor scratches, but thankfully, they are not too noticeable.
Lack of Online Support: I attempted to seek help online, but unfortunately, there were no resources available.
Final Thoughts:
Completing this project required time and patience. Although I faced significant frustration, my 35 years of DIY experience helped me appreciate the final result. It was worth the effort, but improvements in the instructions and materials would greatly enhance the installation experience.
