✓Corrosion-Resistant
Premium T304 powder-coated black stainless steel posts and aluminum posts resist corrosion, UV damage, and wear—ideal for coastal or humid environments. While brushed stainless steel is also suitable for inland interior and exterior use. Smooth, brushed, and powder-coated finishes repel dirt and require minimal upkeep—clean with mild soap and water.

How to Install the Railing Posts?
Step 1: Mark the position of the brackets
First, mark the location of the struts. Use a chalk line or laser level to mark the position of the struts. Keep them evenly spaced for a balanced look. Post spacing should be 4-6 feet for wood railing systems and 3-4 feet for metal cable railing systems.
Step 2: Mark the locations of the anchor bolts
At each marking point, use a permanent marker to mark the location of the anchor bolts. You will typically need four bolts per post. Use these marks as a guide for pre-drilling the holes.
Step 3: Pre-drill Anchor Holes
Take a graphite drill bit and drill holes at the anchor bolt locations you marked. Be sure to drill the holes slightly deeper than the length of the bolts to ensure a tight fit.
Step 4: Install the cable railing posts
Slide the posts into the pre-drilled holes and tighten each expansion bolt gradually and evenly. Sometimes a light tap with a hammer may be necessary to lock them in place. Use a level to make sure the posts are lined up vertically. Repeat the above steps to install all the posts.
Main steps for installing the cable railing posts are included above; if you need more details, please walk through the resources below to assist!
