• The Muzata PS01 BA4L can be used as a structural end post or middle post on stairs, compatible with 25°-37° stair angles.
• It is recommended to set the Muzata metal post spacing at 3'3", which ensures structural stability while perfectly complementing the Muzata 6'6" handrail. To ensure safety and durability, the maximum spacing for a single section of posts should not exceed 60", and for continuous sections, it is advised to keep the spacing within 54".

• Shipping is free for orders within the Continental US now.

Return and Exchange Policy

• You can return the order within 90 days if you don't like it. All you have to afford is the freight for sending back.
• For returns, please submit a request on the page we provide, and wait for a confirmation email before sending the items back. Do not return the items without confirmation.
• Please return all items. Any items that have undergone size adjustments, damage, or other changes after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Warranty Service

• All products are warranted for 1 year. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
• Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty. 
• Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
• Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.
