Shipping Information
- Shipping is free for orders within the Continental US now.
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order immediately. A tracking number will be sent to your email afterward. Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple packages and arrive gradually.
- Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days, with a typical delivery time of 4-7 days (sometimes 7-10 days or longer, depending on the distance between your shipping address and our warehouse).
- There is a small chance that some items in your order may be confirmed as out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.
- Sometimes, due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances (such as peak seasons, national holidays, strikes, or other events), you may experience delivery delays.
Return and Exchange Policy
- We will replace goods if they are defective or damaged for our mistake.
- You can return the order within 90 days if you don't like it. All you have to afford is the freight for sending back.
- For returns, please submit a request on the page we provide, and wait for a confirmation email before sending the items back. Do not return the items without confirmation.
- Please return all items. Any items that have undergone size adjustments, damage, or other changes after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Warranty Service
- All products are warranted for 1 year. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
- Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty.
- Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
- Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.

The design support was excellent. I had a complex installation with 11 degree slope, rather than typical stairs. We got everything to fit, but we were missing proper cable connectors and had to adapt. Strange. The quality of the points and railing s was excellent. The little metal washers that go over th holes in the posts are very disappointing. I have a “Viewrail” system on my back deck and their chrome plugs for the holes are MUCH BETTER. You should offer them as an option — in black or chrome. I am worried about water getting into the holes and having no drain at the bottom. The little white papers with glue are unreliable and do not fill the opening at all. If you offered something like the Viewrail plugs, I’d take this apart and install them. Can you recommend a type of glue or sealer to fill the holes with flexible sealer? I’ll send photos of installation via email. BTW, In lieu of 5’ gates, I found a 3x5 “fence panel” onHome Depot which can be installed sideways with gate hinges and latch. It is black powder coated with black bars, not cables.

Love how they provide extra screws, 3M tape, and other materials because sometimes you make an error and need a replacement. Support is very helpful when you don’t understand something. It is labor intensive and you must pay attention when you put the correct grommets in the right direction as you feed the cable.

Relatively easy assembly. Tripped up on installing the wires and had to flip them. The instructions for that piece could have been more descriptive. Otherwise, great looking gate and easy to install.

This gate is initially too small and customer service said the gate only comes in one size, but we lengthened it by putting two cut redwood planks for the top and bottom bars on the gate
