It was an easy install, but because we were working to swing the stained glass art panel up and out of the way, it did require two of us.

My purpose is for a hatch inside my RV rather than an exterior use. I believe the the quality of the metal and workmanship is excellent so I feel certain it will work as it should for years to come. I would have no reservations with an exterior application.
