Fast delivery

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and we will immediately begin processing. We will update the tracking number to you as soon as amazon updating it, which often takes amazon 1-3 days. Sometimes your order might be split into several packages and gradually arrive.
• Normally, Your order starts shipping within 1-2 days.Delivery usually takes 2-4 days from the shipment date. That means you will receive your order 3-6 days later after placing it.
• There's a small chance that some goods in your order would be confirmed to be out of stock due to asynchronized stock information. In that situation, we will contact you by email or phone.
• Sometimes you might experience delivery delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances such as peak season, national holidays, strikes, or other events.

Free Return

• You can return the order within 30 days if you don't like it. All you have to afford is the freight for sending back.
• Please send the request on the page we provided and wait for confirmation email before sending back. Do not send it back without confirmation.  
• Please send all the items back. Any items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Warranty Service

• All products are warranted for 6 months. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions. Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty. Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
• Muzata reserves the right to either refund, repair, or replace the product under warranty. All replacements and solutions are at the discretion of Muzata to offer.
