Shipping Information
- Shipping is free for orders within the Continental US now.
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order immediately. A tracking number will be sent to your email afterward. Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple packages and arrive gradually.

- All products are warranted for 6 months. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
- Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty.
- Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
- Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.

Very sturdy. No problem putting together, but took a while to drill into my brick to install.

I bought this to install in a hallway to assist my 75 year old mother in being safe. My husband put it up in minutes. The finish is gorgeous and best of all it is sturdy.

Easy to install with power screwdriver(12 screws and pre drill holes) sturdy, easy to assemble. Interior handrail for my log cabin that has log rails on opposite side that are a little too large to grasp tightly with your hand.

It’s not sturdy with the anchors alone on thin drywall with far beams, so buy a piece of wood at Lowe’s for $10 and paint it then drill it to the beams in the wall and then screw on the handrail. Pretty simple and a good look!
