• Marine Grade: The tensioner is made of 316 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and can even be used in coastal or humid environments.
• Match Your Style: We recommend pairing with the Muzata brushed cable railing system. If you choose the Muzata black cable railing system, we suggest opting for the black CK21 cable railing terminal for better visual harmony.

Note

• The Muzata CK21 is designed specifically for metal posts and uses a crimping design, requiring the purchase of a hydraulic crimping. However, the crimping installation method is more convenient for large-scale installations, improving efficiency.
• The Muzata CK21 is currently only suitable for metal posts. If your cable railing project uses wood posts, it is recommended to choose the Muzata CK07.
• The maximum tensioning distance for the Muzata CK21 tensioner is 35 feet. For spans greater than 35 feet, you can either increase the number of CK21 tensioners or adjust the post layout.

Shipping Information

• Shipping is free for orders within the Continental US now.
• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order immediately. A tracking number will be sent to your email afterward. Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple packages and arrive gradually.
• Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days, with a typical delivery time of 4-7 days (sometimes 7-10 days or longer, depending on the distance between your shipping address and our warehouse).
• There is a small chance that some items in your order may be confirmed as out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.
• Sometimes, due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances (such as peak seasons, national holidays, strikes, or other events), you may experience delivery delays.

Return and Exchange Policy

• We will replace goods if they are defective or damaged for our mistake.
• You can return the order within 90 days if you don't like it. All you have to afford is the freight for sending back.
• For returns, please submit a request on the page we provide, and wait for a confirmation email before sending the items back. Do not return the items without confirmation.
• Please return all items. Any items that have undergone size adjustments, damage, or other changes after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Warranty Service

• All products are warranted for 6 months. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
• Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty. 
• Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
• Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.
