To ensure safety and durability, the maximum spacing for a single section of posts should not exceed 60", and for continuous sections, it is advised to keep the spacing within 54".

Shipping Information
- Shipping is free for orders within the Continental US now.
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order immediately. A tracking number will be sent to your email afterward. Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple packages and arrive gradually.

Return and Exchange Policy
- We will replace goods if they are defective or damaged for our mistake.
- You can return the order within 90 days if you don't like it. All you have to afford is the freight for sending back.
- For returns, please submit a request on the page we provide, and wait for a confirmation email before sending the items back. Do not return the items without confirmation.
- Please return all items. Any items that have undergone size adjustments, damage, or other changes after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Warranty Service
- All products are warranted for 6 months. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
- Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty.
- Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
- Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.

Built two balconies with ipe decks and wanted clean, simple, modern railing to go with it. Looked a couple sites but seemed tedious to figure out the exact parts needed. Muzata’s design program made it super easy. Ordered the parts, came quickly and took installed easily. I used ipe for the handrail and added a couple L brackets on the end for support and it looks awesome and is as solid as could be. I especially like the black vinyl coated cable rail, is a cleaner look than the SS (I have SS on an interior project, different brand). Cable could have been a little better pre-tensioned, had to go back to trim a few to get properly tightened, but no big deal. If you are using the small rubber grommets to trim the posts, a Y shaped trim tool saves a lot of wear on your fingers.
