Shipping Information
- Shipping is free for orders within the Continental US now.
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order immediately. A tracking number will be sent to your email afterward. Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple packages and arrive gradually.
- Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days, with a typical delivery time of 4-7 days (sometimes 7-10 days or longer, depending on the distance between your shipping address and our warehouse).

Return and Exchange Policy

- You can return the order within 90 days if you don't like it. All you have to afford is the freight for sending back.

- All products are warranted for 6 months. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
- Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty.
- Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
- Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.

Perfect replacement for the wood railing that was there before.....this comes pre assembled, just have to thread 1 side into the other....drill mounting holes,and screw it down....this took me 15 minutes to install....they are powdercoated and look great....there pefect size for my application....and Perfect for my handicaped inlaws...

The order went smoothly, and it shipped quickly. The only complaint that I have, being DYI, and not familiar with screw sizes, drill sizes for anchor holes, and driver types and sizes, were not included, which turned a relatively easy project into a frustrating, aggravating, and unnecessary waste of time, which I came close to cancelling, and returning it to Muzata!
