Product Advantage

• Completely Invisible: With patent designs of a flattened tail and compact body, you can hide the entire fitting inside the metal post to get a neat look. The customized socket wrench Muzata CT16 (included in the package) is essential for the invisible installation and keeps the cable from spinning when tightening. 
• Swageless and Reusable: With the patent swageless design, you don’t need the hydraulic crimper, which greatly saves your time, effort, and also expenses. If measurements are incorrect or adjustments are needed, you can reuse the tensioner by unscrewing the set screws and adjusting the cable length.
• Suitable for both horizontal and stair installations: The Muzata CB04 can be used for horizontal railings and, when paired with angled washers, can also be applied to stair railings.
• One-Post Corner Solution: Muzata CB04 functions as the tensioning end of CB05 and is sold as an individual product. It can be paired with the Muzata CB17 fixed end to provide a corner one-post solution.
• Marine Grade and PVD Coating: This cable railing hardware is made of T316 stainless steel, which has excellent resistance to rust, corrosion, and extreme weather, ideal for indoor or outdoor and even coastal applications. Black PVD coating works for outdoor applications and won’t fade during its lifetime.
• Match Your Style: We recommend pairing this with the Muzata black cable railing system. If you choose the Muzata brushed cable railing system, we suggest pairing it with the natural color CB04 cable railing hardware for a better visual effect.

• The Muzata CB04 is designed specifically for metal posts, featuring a swageless design that eliminates the need for an additional hydraulic crimper.
• You also need to tension the cables to ensure sufficient tension (recommended 200 pounds) to pass the 4" sphere test in order to meet regulatory requirements. 
• The Muzata CB04 tensioner has a maximum tensioning distance of 20 feet. For spans exceeding 20 feet, you can choose to increase the number of CB04 tensioners, adjust the post layout, or use hardware with higher tensioning capacity.

Shipping Information

• Shipping is free for orders within the Continental US now.
• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order immediately. A tracking number will be sent to your email afterward. Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple packages and arrive gradually.
• Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days, with a typical delivery time of 4-7 days (sometimes 7-10 days or longer, depending on the distance between your shipping address and our warehouse).
• There is a small chance that some items in your order may be confirmed as out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.
• Sometimes, due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances (such as peak seasons, national holidays, strikes, or other events), you may experience delivery delays.

Return and Exchange Policy

• We will replace goods if they are defective or damaged for our mistake.
• You can return the order within 90 days if you don't like it. All you have to afford is the freight for sending back.
• For returns, please submit a request on the page we provide, and wait for a confirmation email before sending the items back. Do not return the items without confirmation.
• Please return all items. Any items that have undergone size adjustments, damage, or other changes after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Warranty Service

• All products are warranted for 6 months. The muzata warranty applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions.
• Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty. 
• Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
• Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.
