Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (ie. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of the Muzata warranty.
Muzata metal products that are not installed according to the provided installation instructions will result in a null and voided warranty. Products shall be used for their intended purpose only.
Muzata reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products within the warranty period. All replacements and solutions are provided at Muzata's sole discretion.

The product looks to be high quality. The description on the box(s) for all the parts ordered appears to match those ordered but the part numbers on the parts do not match the part numbers in the order. Makes it difficult to reconcile what has been received for an entire deck order with the order confirmation.

I purchased this system after getting quotes from viewrail. About half the cost. Can’t say how much better those systems are but this one is sturdy. Packaging was good. Only complaint is the base plate covers had a hard time sliding over the top of the posts. Assuming it’s thicker on top from welding.

Looks great, easy to install and fast delivery. However the bags for the screws came loose for both packages we ordered and it ended up scratching the posts during delivery, would be five stars if it was more secure…
