I have enjoyed working with the Muzata rail system the process was understandable, and the resulting railing looks great. The original design provided by Muzata did not follow my direction. The post was very close together and I requested a more open design. I completed the project with the more open design that I had planned for and request Muzata allow me to return the unused product still in the packaging to be returned for a full refund. I have not been suppled the process of completing that return as of today.
This has been disappointing.

Easy to install, easy to cut, all the parts were there plus an extra or two. Handrail! Make sure it’s elevated on a block or pad when you’re tapping for threads. If metal shaving gets under the face of the rail it will scratch it. Taped the face as backup in case the rail slipped off the work surface
